From the creators of MOPyfish, Virtual Creatures was a two-part virtual pet spider game.

Released in 2002, Virtual Creatures was a combination desk toy and virtual pet. But mostly a desk toy. It's spiders, they don't do a whole lot.

The game came in two varieties: Mexican Red Knee tarantula, and Chilean Rose tarantula. Demos are limited to 12 crickets, and the demo could be registered for 9.99 to keep your spider for as long as that computer lasted.

I don't have a complete copy. I'm not sure one exists at all anymore, if I'm honest. If anyone has any leads on cracking the demo, or on a full copy for download anywhere, please let me know on my neocities profile.
